What we verify

Four items, each backed by evidence.

We only verify what can be proven. Each item stands on its own, with date and source.

    Degree and registration

    Degree and entry in the register of the home country, with evidence.

  2. 02

    Work experience

    Positions and training certificates, read one by one.

  3. 03

    Language level

    With a certificate, not self-assessment.

  4. 04

    Recognition procedure

    The current status, on request checked directly with the authority under a power of attorney.

The VMed.Pro seal

What was verified, when and how.

The seal appears next to every verified detail. It shows the date, the source and how long the detail is valid.

The seal shows

  • which detail was verified
  • with which evidence and on which date
  • how long the detail is valid, for example the status of the recognition procedure

The seal is not

  • a medical licence or a professional qualification
  • a statement on professional or personal suitability
  • a grade or an overall rating

“Not yet verified” does not mean “bad”. Suitability is decided by the institution. On request, we confirm the current status of a seal by e-mail.

For doctors

Voluntary and free of charge.

You choose the VMed.Pro seal with a tick box on a partner platform such as doctonex. Without that tick we receive no data.

  • We verify your details and award the seal.
  • We use the data, pseudonymised, for research and new services around the path to Germany. Results are published only in anonymous form.
  • We inform you about new projects.
  • We do not place you in jobs and do not pass on your data without your separate consent.
  • Your data is stored on servers in Germany. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
